Illumine8 Website Rebrand

With the recent silver Communicator Award, the Illumine8 website rebrand has won its third international award since the website’s launch on August 30, 2019. The additional awards won by the website rebrand include The Summit Emerging Media Award and MarCom Award.

The website rebrand was initiated after Christina May, CEO of Illumine8, completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. May wanted to bring a more professional and thoughtful approach to the company branding and positioning. The entire brand and strategy took a step forward on all fronts to display Illumine8’s deep expertise and dedication to the craft.

“We created this website with the highest industry standards in mind at all times,” said Erik Pitzer, creative manager at Illumine8. “The user-experience, brand communication, search engine optimization, and thought-leadership content all led to a well-rounded final product that will continue to improve as we add to it.”

Other visual elements of the rebrand include a redesigned logo, logo mark, fonts, and revised color palette. Illumine8’s website stands at the center of all the visual elements to represent the brand online.

“Illumine8 must display our expertise at all times to show our clients and prospective leads the standard of excellence that will be reflected in Illumine8’s work,” said May. “Our website is the most pivotal tool to help accomplish that goal.”

Greetings From Brunswick Crossing

The Illumine8 team created a lead generation campaign for the master-planned community, Brunswick Crossing, in the summer of 2019. The campaign theme “Greetings from Brunswick Crossing” was aimed towards branding the community as one that offered resort-style living through the unique amenities and gorgeous new-build homes

A critical piece of branding for this particular campaign was print design. Pitzer designed postcards that were marketed in the community center and builder model homes. Each card included a message on the back and was branded to the builders and community:

“This was a campaign the team had a lot of fun with,” said Pitzer. “We captured Brunswick Crossing in an interesting lens that framed the community in an upbeat, positive, and energetic way that matched the feeling of summertime. “

Pitzer also designed a table stand to sit next to the postcards at each strategic location to call attention to the branding. The Illumine8 team created a series of blogs, emails, and targeted ads that leveraged the digital side.

All of the combined creative for the “Greetings from Brunswick Crossing” campaign helped to hit the strategic KPIs. The campaign also successfully met all of the originally stated campaign goals.
